September sees the official start of the Spring season, traditionally the busiest time of the year for residential property listings, and a time when the market typically sees a higher than average increase in buying and selling activity.

This month, we have Greg Ellis from REA Group in the Guest Editors chair for the magazine. Together with the realestate.com.au team, the Gasp Media team, and five leading Agency Principals, Greg had much pleasure in helping us put together the cover story entitled “The Digital Revolution”. 

In this discussion, Principals were asked about a number of key issues: how they thought the real estate industry was evolving; how consumer expectations were changing with regards to property information; how to generate more Vendor Paid Advertising (a subject close to everyone’s heart!); best-practice digital advertising solutions, and the role of social media in real estate.
